Gutter cleaning

We offer reactive services to clean out blocked gutters or tailor-made service contracts to ensure gutter related problems can be avoided via planned maintenance visits

Blocked Rainwater Systems

With our 24 hour emergency service, and immediate access to our extensive range of truck mounted access platforms we are well equipped to deal with blocked outlets and downpipes in a timely manner.

Gutter repair and refurbishment

Standing water can cause the pitting and corrosion of steel gutters, which in turn can result in disruptive water ingress and building fabric damage; our solutions include the use of products such as Delcote HPG and Seamsil 300 which are designed to preserve commercial gutter and rainwater systems.

We are approved contractors for the Giromax Delcote refurbishment and re-lining systems.

• Delcote HPG is a liquid applied elastomeric silicone membrane which cures to form a tough protective coating for the re-lining of metal, concrete and asbestos gutter and rainwater systems.
• Seamsil 300 is a Silicone based system designed specifically for externally sealing joints of Galvanised Steel, Aluminium, Concrete and Asbestos Cement gutters.

At clear view Access we work with the latest products on the market which are designed to provide effective, long term solutions to leaking or deteriorated gutters.

We are also able to install re-lining systems such as Plygene and Unifold are fully engineered rubberised products which are designed for each specific lining application. Both systems create a totally sealed, fully waterproof ‘gutter within a gutter’ which when installed will not allow any water to penetrate behind or beneath it.

Giromax, Plygene and Unifoldre-lining systems are all provided with manufactures guarantees for up to twenty years.
